About Santa Susanna Transfers

This website is designed to facilitate the booking of rides by the local licensed taxi drivers based in the municipality of Santa Susanna, Barcelona, Spain. We, the drivers, provide the rides between the airport of Josep Taradellas Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) and Santa Susanna. as well as between the airport of Girona-Costa Brava (GRO) and Santa Susanna.

*if you decide to use our Google form, please check your e-mail for confirmation after your booking. Contact us via E-Mail or WhatsApp if you did not receive it from us in next 4 hours.

Online Booking Procedure

While making the booking please ensure all the details provided are correct and complete.

Once we receive the booking, we will directly send you a confirmation text via the method of your choosing for previously contacting us. There is no need to printout the confirmation letter.

Please, inform us if you are travelling with children under 12 (or up to 135cm) as they will be provided with safety child seats for the safety reasons. Note that for each child seat required, there is an extra fee which is mentioned on the main page.

Notifications

Please, if you need to be picked up at the airport contact us 4 hours before your flight to confirm the ride. It applies to both Barcelona airport as well as Girona airport. If we do not receive any response from you, your taxi ride will be cancelled. 

If you need to be picked up from Santa Susanna you will not receive any prior notifications unless you specifically asked for it in your booking.

Prices

The prices can be seen on home page of our website. They are fixed.

All minors count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and thus should be included in total number of passengers at the time of booking. 

Note if you require a child seat, there is an extra charge.

Payment 

We do not ask for payment in advance, you simply pay your driver when you arrive at your destination. Prices are charged in Euros (€) 

Cancellations

Please, contact us if you decide to cancel your booking. 

If Santa Susanna Transfer needs to make a significant change of the service or needs to cancel the service we will inform you as soon as possible.

Lost Items Disclaimer

We strongly advise all passengers to thoroughly check the vehicle before disembarking to ensure nothing is left behind. While our drivers are committed to assisting in such situations whenever possible, the ultimate responsibility for your belongings lies with you, the passenger. If you happen to forget any personal belongings or items in a taxi car provided by our service, we cannot be held responsible for their retrieval or safekeeping. We will make an effort to turn it over to the nearest police station.

• Name and surname of the passenger or the person who represents the group 

• Number of passengers 

• Pickup place and destination place

We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. In which instance, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.

• Contact us via email and our website's online Google form

• When you mention us on social media

We may collect, hold, use, and disclose information for the following purposes, and personal information will not be further processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes:

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
