You pay after the ride either in cash or card (VISA or Mastercard)

Please, if you need to be picked up at the airport contact us by sending a simple email, 4 hours before your flight to confirm the ride. It applies to both Barcelona airport as well as Girona airport. If we do not receive any email from you, your taxi ride will be cancelled. 

If you need to be picked up from Santa Susanna you will not receive any prior notifications unless you specifically asked for it in your booking.

*If you need child safety seats, please inform us before the ride. 

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.

We regret to inform you that if you happen to forget any personal belongings or items in a taxi car provided by our service, we cannot be held responsible for their retrieval or safekeeping. Please be vigilant and check for personal belongings before exiting the taxi. If you forget an item, we will make an effort to turn it over to the nearest police station.
